On Sunday, September 22nd at approximately 2:10am an officer on patrol was flagged down by staff at a local licenced establishment concerning three men who were trying to fight other patrons.  An altercation ensued where a male victim was punched in the face sustaining a black eye.  The three men fled the scene.
