Man Arrested in Possession of a Stolen Vehicle
Media Release – Man Arrested in a Stolen Pick-up Truck
On August 28th at 11:25pm an officer on patrol was looking for a black pick-up truck that was involved in an unrelated incident.
The officer located 2017 Black Ford F150 parked at a local licenced establishment. A check of the plate revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen in June 2019 to the Ontario Provincial Police.
Three men were observed to enter the vehicle. Before it could be set in motion officers converged and blocked the vehicle from leaving. All were taken into custody without incident.
A 38 year old Niagara Falls man has been charge with:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
He was released with a court date.
The two passengers in the vehicle were released unconditionally.
